General Terms

• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.

KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or in cases of any suspicious activity, democasino may verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may require a copy of your National ID or passport.

Payments & Financial Transactions

Democasino supports a range of mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits are usually instant — processed within 15 minutes at most.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.
• Payments via third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• If you have an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Currency Conversion

Democasino currently supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with a Wagering Requirement, meaning you must place a specified amount in bets before you can withdraw bonus funds.

• Welcome bonus wagering: typically 30x.
• The wagering period is typically within 7 days of bonus activation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically count at 100%.
• Bonus balance will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed.

Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses under different identities is strictly prohibited. Any bonus abuse detected will result in the relevant account being closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment at democasino:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Account Suspension & Closure

Democasino reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering or submitting KYC with false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

After Account Closure

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains (excluding bonuses) with no breach of terms, a refund process will be initiated. Subject to verification, the refund will be completed within 3–7 business days.
